All departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, administrative offices, libraries and bookmobile, the Supervisor of Elections Office, the Property Appraiser’s Office, the Tax Collector’s Office, and the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller’s Office will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28 and 29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
St. Johns County libraries will resume regular business hours Saturday, Nov. 30, and all other offices will resume regular business hours Monday, Dec. 2.
Garbage, recycling, and yard waste will not be collected Nov. 28, and the Tillman Ridge and Stratton Road solid waste scale houses will be closed. Beginning Nov. 28, collections will be delayed one day with all routes being completed by Nov. 30. Scale houses will resume standard operating hours Nov. 29.
