Driving restricted on beaches
The St. Johns County Emergency Operations Center is actively monitoring Hurricane Michael and will continue to do so throughout the duration of the storm. The county is expected to experience strong winds, heavy rainfall, high surf, dangerous rip currents and an increased potential for tornadoes through Thursday afternoon.
