Sanctuary residents are asking city officials to continue flood mitigation efforts in the south Jacksonville Beach neighborhood.
During the Nov. 6 City Council meeting, resident Andrew Scammon addressed the issue on behalf of the 222 residents in the Sanctuary subdivision.
While progress has been made to alleviate the historic flooding issue, there’s still more work to be done....
