Jacksonville Beach officials hosted representatives for the Beach Marine redevelopment project at an open house last week to detail plans for the property, including several acres of conservation wetlands. The St. Augustine-based Windward Marina Group purchased the 167-acre mixed-use development for $25 million in January 2020.
