Neptune Beach officials are eyeing solutions to help curb an influx of short-term vacation rentals in violation of the city’s Land Development Code. The City Council recently discussed options to strengthen enforcement of the code prohibiting Airbnb, Vrbo (Vacation Rentals by Owner) or other vacation rentals offering stays under 28 days.
