The Neptune Beach City Council will meet Monday to adopt its final millage and budget for the 2016-2017 fiscal year.
The council was set to adopt the two ordinances during this week's meeting, however, the vote had to be rescheduled due to a rule that prohibits two taxing agencies from holding public budget hearings on the same night.
The council will meet at 5:05 p.m....
