A man is dead and a woman is behind bars following a weekend shooting in Jacksonville Beach.
Police responded around 9 p.m. Sept. 24 to O-Ku sushi restaurant at 502 1st St. N. near the Jacksonville Beach Pier after receiving reports of a person shot. When officers arrived at the scene, they witnessed the victim lying on the sidewalk near the restaurant, bleeding from his head.
