Beaches Watch hosted a town hall with Jacksonville City Council President Ron Salem, and the at-large council members, Aug. 2 at the Beaches Branch Library. Nearly 90 citizens attended to hear the priorities for the coming year from Matt Carlucci, Terrance Freeman, Nick Howland and Chris Miller.
The audience also had an opportunity to ask questions about issues important to the Beaches....
