Changes proposed to tighten the leash on animal control regulations in Jacksonville Beach will be carried over to next year. The City Council on Dec. 7 voted unanimously to table the revisions in favor of continued discussion. It will also provide new council representatives with an opportunity to review the amendments which were originally presented to the Council in September.
