A pilot program encouraging restaurants located in the Jacksonville Beach “Civic Corridor” to apply for outdoor seating received preliminary approval Dec. 19. The City Council unanimously voted in favor of the city’s new Outdoor Dining Incentive Plan. The second reading will be held at the Jan. 16, 2023, meeting.
