Jacksonville Beach residents will have additional opportunities to weigh in on the redesign of Gonzalez Park. The City Council Monday reviewed three proposed concept plans for the neighborhood park to move closer to a final design approval, but the consensus among the council was to return to the drawing board to better activate the space and help reduce vagrancy in the area.
