Jacksonville Beach officials are moving forward with the second series of revisions to the City Charter. Voters approved four referendums during the November 2020 election as phase I of the process and were adopted into the charter. Phase II is a complete overhaul of the entire charter document, but each amendment will be addressed during separate stages.
