A new pilot project will allow fully-ticketed events to be held in Jacksonville Beach. The City Council discussed an amendment to the special events policy during a recent council briefing. Under the current policy, event producers are permitted to sell a limited number of tickets in a defined VIP area. The proposed pilot project would allow for paid events to be held on city property.
