The Navy Band Southeast will kick off the July 4 Independence Day festivities at 8 p.m. with a free concert at the Seawalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach, followed by the annual fireworks display launched from the Jacksonville Beach Pier at 9 p.m. A test shot will be fired at 8:45 p.m.
The pier parking lot at 504 1st St. N. will be closed to vehicles all day, but can be used to view the firework...
