Kevin Hogencamp, deputy city manager of Atlantic Beach, was recently elected president of the Florida Municipal Communicators Association (FMCA).
He was installed last week during the association’s business meeting. Hogencamp replaces outgoing President Candice Temple, public media relations director for the city of Palm Beach Gardens.
