Renovations at Gonzales Park are slated to get underway Monday in Jacksonville Beach. The final master plan includes a new shaded playground, renovated rest room facilities, four pickleball courts, a basketball court, a fitness circuit, a multi-purpose field and a clay baseball diamond. Plans also call for more parking, improved landscape and additional shade structures.
