The former Neptune Beach city manager has filed a lawsuit against the city for discrimination and retaliatory practices that led to his termination. In the suit filed on May 18, Stefen Wynn alleged that he was “subjected to a hostile work environment, disparate treatment, different terms and conditions of employment, and held to a different standard because of his Whistleblower status.”
