A new restaurant with homegrown roots is now open in Jacksonville Beach. Dick Mondell’s Burgers & Fries is serving smash burgers and homestyle fries at 1177 3rd St. S.
This is the third location of the Gainesville-based restaurant chain cofounded by Connor Castelli and Chris Leckerling, who launched the concept named after a fictitious character in 2018 in Gainesville.
