A record number of voters took to the polls Tuesday to decide who will help shape the future of the three beaches cities. Several incumbents held on to their seats, while other races saw a change in leadership.
Jacksonville Beach Mayor Chris Hoffman was re-elected to a second term with 53 percent of the votes, defeating Georgette Dumont, who earned 47 percent of the votes.
