An Atlantic Beach committee is strengthening the city’s commitment to arts and culture. A strategic vision plan adopted last year by the city’s Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee (CARAC) identified three primary goals designed to improve awareness and encourage growth in the city’s artistic endeavors.
