Residents in a flood-prone area of south Jacksonville Beach are seeking answers to the community’s drainage problems. Kimberley Popovich addressed the City Council last Monday on behalf of the 221 homeowners in The Sanctuary of Jacksonville Beach.
Popovich said ongoing construction on the neighborhood’s drainage system raised concerns over a study conducted several years ago.
