Outdoor seating for a new coffee restaurant at the southwest corner of 3rd Street and 7th Avenue North has been approved.
The Jacksonville Beach Planning Commission approved plans Feb. 25 for a half dozen outside tables for the restaurant to be known as Sago Coffee on property owned by Beaches United Methodist Church.
The BEAM thrift store at the site will continue to operate at the same location…
