Members of Beaches Boy Scout Troops 15, 37 and 40 were recognized with a mayoral proclamation Oct. 28 for their efforts in the Three Beaches, One Community relief drive for residents of Hurricane Dorian-ravaged Bahamas.
The Boy Scouts and other volunteers helped the Beaches city governments fill a 20-foot truck with non-perishable food, hygiene and cleaning items, tools, and other supplies that were shipped to the Bahamas.
