Beaches Watch will host a Duval County Public School Board District 2 candidate forum Wednesday, Aug. 3, in the Beaches Branch Public Library, 600 Third St., Neptune Beach, at 7 p.m. The program is aimed at helping beaches residents meet the candidates and their platforms, and allow attendees to submit written questions about issues that concern beaches students, teachers and staff.
