Cpl. Andy Lavender
The 3rd Annual Cpl. Andy Lavender Memorial 5K Beach Run will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday in Jacksonville Beach. Participants will head south on the beach from the Seawalk Pavilion to the turn-around site and back north to the finish line at the pavilion.
The event honors the memory of Jacksonville Beach Police Cpl. Andy Lavender, who died unexpectedly on Aug. 3, 2019, at age 54.
