The Jean Ribault Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently presented Atlantic Beach patrol Sgt. Lenny Jevic with its 2015 Public Servant Armed Forces Award.
The award recognizes military veterans who after their discharge have elected to continue their public service as firemen, federal or state civil servants, municipal employees or police officers.
