City officials are eyeing a plan to incorporate the former Atlantic Beach lifeguard station into a new, functional design. City Manager Shane Corbin recently met with architect Joe Cronk from the firm Cronk Duch to determine whether the building at Ahern & Ocean Drive is worth saving or should be demolished to make way for a new facility.
