After nearly 14 hours, the recent hearing for the Gate gas station appeal ultimately resulted in a unanimous consensus among the Atlantic Beach City Commission that the city did not make an error granting the Preliminary Site Development, moving the project at 501 Atlantic Blvd. forward with some concessions.
