Nearly a year after Jared Bridegan was shot to death on a dark street, Jacksonville Beach police announced a major break in the case at a press conference held yesterday. The 33-year-old father of four was gunned down in front of his 2-year-old daughter around 8 p.m. Feb. 16, 2022 near Jacksonville Drive and Sanctuary Way North.
