The CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider and take action on the following item(s) on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as can be heard in the Atlantic Beach Commission Chambers at 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, FL, 32233:

Request for a waiver as permitted by Chapter 24, Section 24-66 to waive the provision of a minimum 75-foot lot width as required by Section 24-106 to allow the subdivision of parcels into two lots.

If you desire for your written comments to be read into the record during the hearing, please indicate so and limit the size to 300 words. Only written comments of 300 or fewer words will be read into the record during the hearing. All written comments and materials received no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021 will be entered into the hearing record and distributed to the City Commission and the appropriate staff before the start of the hearing.
If any person decides to appeal any decision at any meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which waiver is to be based.
