Notice is hereby given that there will be a REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at which time a PUBLIC HEARING and SECOND READ on Ordinance No. 2020-05, Dogs on the Beach, will be held. This ordinance states if dog and the person responsible for such dog’s presence on the beach are in the Atlantic Ocean together, the dog shall be allowed to swim unleashed and then immediately put back on the leash before returning to the beach. This does not include walking the dog in the water. All interested parties may be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
