NOTICE OF ZONING CHANGE
The City of Jacksonville Beach has received a Planning Unit Development: PUD Rezoning Application, (PC#13-20), requesting to amend an approved Planned Unit Development: PUD zoning district (approved via Ordinance No. 99-7765), pursuant to Section 34-348 of the Jacksonville Beach Land Development Code, to amend the preliminary development plan and amend the approved project narrative to add to the list of permitted uses. The subject property is located at 2520-2902 Isabella Blvd. (Isabella Office PUD) The area impacted by the application are shown on the map below.
A Public Hearing on Application PC#13-20 (Ordinance No. 2020-8149) is scheduled as follows:
