ZONING CHANGE
The City of Jacksonville Beach has received a Planning Unit Development: PUD Rezoning Application, (PC#11-20), requesting to amend an approved Planned Unit Development: PUD zoning district, pursuant to Section 34-348 of the Jacksonville Beach Land Development Code, to amend the proposed site plan and project narrative. The subject property is located at 1600 Shetter Avenue. (Pablo Hamlet Senior Living)

Due to the current restrictions and limitations for social distancing and gatherings surrounding the COVID19 crisis, the August 3, 2020, City of Jacksonville Beach, City Council meeting will be conducted in a modified manner. The meeting will be conducted virtually, utilizing Zoom technology and webinar capabilities. The City is providing numerous additional technological options for public attendance and participation in the meeting.
Instructions for public viewing and participation can be viewed on the City’s website at www.jacksonvillebeach.org under News and/or included with the City Council meeting agenda.
A copy of the proposed application is available for public inspection at the offices of the Planning and Development Department, 11 North 3rd Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. You can also email planning@jaxbchfl.net to request information regarding the application.
