NOTICE OF INTENT

CITY OF NEPTUNE BEACH

Notice is hereby given that the Neptune Beach City Council will hold a public hearing Monday, March 1, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida to consider a proposed Development Agreement Between the City of Neptune Beach and Neptune Beach, FL Realty LLC pursuant to Section 163.3220, F.S. The Development Agreement confirms that real property located at 540-580 Atlantic Blvd. (RE#172395-0130), Neptune Beach, Florida may be developed for the land uses, building intensities, height and other provisions of the City of Neptune Beach Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Regulations in effect on the execution of the Development Agreement. No specific development will be authorized by the City of Neptune Beach by the Development Agreement.

 

A copy of the proposed Development Agreement is available for review at the City of Neptune Beach City Clerk’s office located at 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, FL 32266.

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing that person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
