MCBEAIN, WAYNE

Wayne McBeain, age 66, passed peacefully at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL on March 26, 2016 surrounded by the love of his wife and good friends after an 11 month battle with esophageal cancer and was a true warrior to the end. Wayne was born August 24, 1949 in Jamestown, ND to Raymond Alex and Mabel (Fortin) McBeain. They moved to Fargo, ND shortly afterwards where Wayne grew up and graduated from Fargo North High School, working in various construction fields throughout the years. Wayne married Patti (Blodgett) Beutner on August 3, 1983. Wayne and Patti moved to Jacksonville in August 1996, where Wayne became a Florida Certified Building Contractor and owner of Dakota Home Improvement, LLC.
Wayne was passionate about many things in life, especially his work, love for animals, nature, exercise, reading, all types of music, guitars and a good strong cup of coffee.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Patti; step-sons, Brian (Bonni) Beutner; Albertville, MN and Michael (Jessica) Beutner; Kenosha, WI; 2 brothers, Gary (Margaret) Noble; Fergus Falls, MN, and Warren Noble; Moorhead, MN, and 7 grandchildren, Madi, Suede, Claire, Korebin, Izabella, McKenzie, and Anzley Beutner.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2pm at Beaches Chapel, by Hardage-Giddens, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. A final Celebration of Life to be held later this year in Fargo, ND.
