Vicki Junk, age 59, went to be with Jesus on Friday, September 2, 2016, following a 3 year battle with cancer. She was born in Rome, Ga. to Billie Rice Wilson and Thomas Waymon Wilson (deceased) on December 18, 1956. the Family moved 4 years later to Jacksonville where she was raised. She met Michael her husband of 28 years at Jacksonville Beach in 1979 where she lived and worked. After many years traveling the Caribbean they were married in St. Thomas VI on May 28, 1988.
Vicki was a private person, like simplicity and enjoyed traveling. Her infectious smile and wit will be missed by all that knew her. Vicki loved her animals and had a tremendous passion for all animals.
