Jacksonville Beach city officials are stepping up safety near a new mural installed at the Seawalk Pavilion. During the Dec. 20, 2023, meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency, CRA Vice Chairman Gary Paetau addressed the poor condition of the sidewalk in front of the mural on the north side of the amphitheater stage.
